Sanitizer will be available in multiple locations across the bridge and guests are encouraged to utilize it at every opportunity.

Frequently asked questions

I have received the COVID-19 vaccine. Do I have to wear a mask?

CDC guidelines state that if you have been fully vaccinated, masks are not a requirment when outdoors. However, we highly encourage wearing a mask.

Why are you taking temperatures for this event?

Due to the possibility of still spreading COVID-19, we want to ensure all our guests are fever-free before entering the event.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Masks are highly recommended for guests. Our goal is to minimize risk of COVID-19 to keep all guests, staff, and performers safe.

What if I feel ill or show symptoms leading up to the event?

Any guest who feels they have symptoms of COVID-19 should immediately get tested. If you test positive or are symptomatic, we ask that you do not attend the event. Please contact us immediately and we can offer an 80% refund of the symptomatic/ diagnosed guest's ticket.

What if my temperature is above 100.4 on the day of the event?

If a fever of 100.4 or greater is determined, that guest and those who traveled in the same vehicle with the guest will not be allowed to enter. Refunds may be offered.

Do you offer refunds for someone testing positive or showing COVID-19 symptoms?

YES! We are offering an 80% refund of the guest's ticket showing symptoms or testing positvie. Please contact us ASAP and we can take care of your request.
